I had a unique home buying experience because my husband and I are buying are first house while he’s deployed. I knew nothing about the home buying process or VA loans going into it. My husband being in another county and time zone didn’t help matters. Dan was so patient with both of us and really helped us understand not only the process and the VA but also the crazy market right now. We were looking for a home in the $400k range so we were facing tons of competition. After almost 6 weeks, dozens of showings and 5 offers, he got us accepted on the perfect house! If you aren’t convinced yet, Dan and his team made some serious magic happen and were able to get us closed in 17 DAYS! With a VA loan. Unheard of.
I would absolutely recommend Dan to everyone, first time home buyers and VA buyers in particular.
